Well-equipped QC department, perfect QC procedure, standard QC system and well-trained QC team to focus on every step from beginning material to final packing. All is done to ensure a 100% supply and a zero-defect product to you.
Quality Control Procedures
Material inspection by IQC. Pre-production inspection by QE. Production inspection by IPQC. 100% sound quality inspection by QA. 100% integration quality inspection by QA. Every unit is fully checked during production in several important checkpoints. Finished products undergo random checking before delivery. All is done to ensure zero defects.

Procedures and Practices
Our R&D team has three sections, which include appearance ID engineers, ProE engineers, and electronic engineers. First, the R&D department will get the research information from the marketing and sales departments. Second, the R&D department will start to design it to make a handmade sample, then the R&D department will prepare a full-function sample, testing reports and drawings for customers' approval. After the approval, start making the mold design and tooling for mass production.
